A few things to look for before enrolling into an online course for Montessori training

1. What are the credentials of the institute/group of individuals offering the course.

Please be aware that there are many individuals/institutes with little or know experience in Montessori education, who are offering courses of little or no value.

2. What is the duration of the course?

Like any other subject, the Montessori method needs time to be imbibed. Please be aware that there are institutes saying that you can become a Montessori-trained adult in no time.

The Online Montessori Training Course will take about nine months for a student who puts in a couple of hours a day at least.

3. How will my progress in the course be evaluated?

Many online courses just give you the lessons and evaluate your learning superficially.

In the Online Montessori Training Course, every lesson has an assignment which you need to submit and which will be throughly evaluated by veteran Montessorians. You will be given detailed feedback about your understanding of the lesson.
